HealthInvest welcomes Astrid Samuelsson and Ellinor Hult
HealthInvest Partners has recruited healthcare managers Astrid Samuelsson and Ellinor Hult to strengthen the management team.
Astrid holds a doctorate from Karolinska Institutet and has over 20 years of experience as an analyst and portfolio manager with a focus on the healthcare sector. For the past 15 years, she has managed Handelsbanken Hälsovård Tema, which has five stars at Morningstar and has won several awards such as the Lipper Fund Awards 2021 - Best Fund in the Healthcare Category over five years.
Ellinor has a Master's degree in economics from Stockholm School of Economics and has over 16 years of experience in the stock market and 9 years in administration with a focus on the healthcare sector. In recent years, she has been involved in the management of Handelsbanken Health Care Tema together with Astrid, and was also the responsible manager for Handelsbanken's Japan Tema fund.

The recruitments are part of HealthInvest's investment to become a leading manager specialized in global healthcare companies. The plan is to launch a new daily traded global healthcare fund together with Astrid and Ellinor.
