Atle to manage Humle Småbolagsfond andHumle Sverigefond

The acquisition means that Atle broadens its portfolio and joins another successful trustee organization.

Humle Småbolagsfond and Humle Sverigefond are actively managed funds founded by Humle Kapitalförvaltning in 2008.

The acquisition means that Atle will take over the management of the funds from Söderberg & Partners at the beginning of 2021. The funds and their management will be combined under the name Humle Fonder.

We look forward to building on Humle's fine brand and successful management. Our ambition is to be able to make the funds available to more savers going forward, says Gustav Ohlsson, CEO of Atle.

The completion of the acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals by the Financial Supervisory Authority, which are expected to be obtained in December 2020.
