Atle's women's initiative

It pays to work equally. Therefore, more women should work in our industry.

At Atle, we see it as self-evident that more women should work in our industry. Diversity is needed for creativity, broadened view, and long-term return. We work actively to get more women into our business and the companies we are partners in. But also in the industry in general and that people also want to stay. That is why we also collaborate with the Kvinnokapital initiative, a private network for women in asset management. You can find them here: https://www.kvinnokapital.com

In short: women are needed in all industries. In all functions. At all levels. Not harder than that.

Do we live as we teach? We hope so. At Atle, women work at every level and in all companies in our group. Many have also been relatively junior in their roles when they started at Atle. It makes no difference to us. We try to give our employees the same opportunities regardless of whether they are still studying, have recently graduated, or have worked for a few years.
